Note
To operate NEC ESMPRO Agent on the Windows Server 2008 Server Core, please read both of the following notes and the Installation Guide.

• SNMP setting before NEC ESMPRO Agent installation must be implemented by the managing PC through network.
• Startup the setting tool by the following command for setting up the NEC ESMPRO Agent.

  %SystemRoot%¥system32¥EsmAgt.exe (for 32bit)
  Or
  %SystemRoot%¥SysWOW64¥EsmAgt.exe (for 64bit)

• The help screens of the NEC ESMPRO Agent control panel, the Alert Manager, and the Storage Monitoring property are not displayed.
• The Manager report service (TCP/IP Put-of Band) is not available.
• To change the destination to save the Alert Manager monitoring items, enter the file destination path directly on the destination setting screen of the Alert Manager. The [reference] button on the screen is not available.
• The [reference] button on the IPMI information backup screen on the ESRAS utility is not available. To change the file path, enter the path directly on the screen.
• Backup file display function of the ESRAS utility is not available.
