<Description>
 EXPRESSBUILDER is included with NEC Express5800 Server as standard.
 EXPRESSBUILDER provides the Windows installation feature, server management 
 software, drivers, instruction manuals, and other features.

    Version 7.10-016.03 : Supported a new RAID controllers.



Read carefully the following agreement before downloading.
If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, do not download this software.
By downloading the software, you are bound by the terms of the agreement. 

<User License Agreement>
NEC Corporation ("NEC") grants you a personal and non-exclusive 
license to use the provided software (the "Software") only on one machine at 
any one time, and only in the country where you acquired the Software. You 
obtain no license other than those expressly granted you under this Agreement.

1. Period
 1.1 This Agreement comes into effect on the day when you download the Software.
 1.2 You may terminate the license granted hereunder by notifying us in writing
     at least one month prior to the desired termination date.
 1.3 NEC may terminate the license granted you hereunder at any time if you fail
     to comply with any terms and conditions of this Agreement.
 1.4 Upon termination of the license, you must destroy, uninstall or dispose of
     the Software, any copies of the Software and manual and other materials 
     provided with the Software. 

2. Right of use
 2.1 You may use the Software only on the purchased products, the products which
     NEC defines as the supported models for the Software.
 2.2 NEC grants you the right to use the Software only in the country in which
     you acquired the Software in accordance with the conditions of the preceding
     paragraph.

3. Intellectual Property Rights including patent and copyright
  All of the intellectual property rights to the Software including patent and
  copyright belong to NEC and/or the owners of the copyright or any other 
  intellectual property rights to the Software. No Intellectual Property Rights
  including patent and copyright to the Software shall be transferred to you. 
  The Intellectual Property Rights can be protected as a matter of Japan, U.S.A.,
  and any other applicable laws and regulations.

4. Copying, modification
 4.1 You may make only one copy of the Software solely for a backup purpose, 
     provided that you shall reproduce the copyright notices on each copy of 
     the Software.
 4.2 You may not copy, modify, combine, alter or otherwise change or disposed
     of the Software except as provided in this Agreement.
 4.3 You may not reproduce, publish the manual and other related documentation
     accompanying the Software.

5. Other Restrictions
 5.1 You may not sublicense, rent, lease, assign, transfer or make available
     the Software to any third party.
 5.2 You may not export or transfer, directly or indirectly, the Software to 
     any country other than the country where you acquired the Software.
 5.3 You may not disclose the Software and related documentation to the Internet.
 5.4 No intangible property right to the Software shall be transferred to you.

6. Reverse compile
 You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise analyze
 the Software. 

7. Limitation of warranties
 7.1 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  NEC AND ITS
     SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES FOR THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
     INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
     A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  FURTHER, NEC AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATION
     OR WARRANTY THAT THE USE OF ANY SOFTWARE WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY�S
     RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. IN
     NO EVENT SHALL NEC AND ITS SUPPLIERS BE HELD LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY 
     CLAIM BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ON ACCOUNT OF OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF
     THE SOFTWARE.

 7.2 Notwithstanding the provision above, in the event that NEC modifies the
     Software, NEC may provide you with the modified Software ("Modified Software")
     and the information about the Modified Software in NEC's sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liabilities
  IN NO EVENT SHALL NEC OR ITS SUPPLIER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR 
  CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR DAMAGES BASED ON ANY THIRD PARTY
  CLAIM, EVEN IF NEC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NEC�S
  ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY REASONS WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LIMITED TO AND LESS THAN
  THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE THAT CAUSED THE LIABILITY OF
  NEC.

9. Miscellaneous
 9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you
     acquired the Software.
 9.2 You agree that NEC inspects the use of the Software and provides the 
     information of the inspection to the owner of the copyright to the Software.
 9.3 If the Software is licensed for use in the performance of a U.S. Government
     prime contract or subcontract, you agree that, consistent with FAR 12.211
     and 12.212, commercial computer Software, computer Software documentation
     and technical data for commercial items are licensed under this Agreement.
 9.4 If this media has a file written about software license ("License file"),
     the terms of License file are applied to the files specified in License 
     file, regardless of the above-mentioned Agreement.

Usage
================================================================================

  Follow the steps below to install this software.

  - Creating EXPRESSBUILDER DVD: 
    1. Download the file into any local folder.
    2. Burn the file onto DVD-R as an ISO image.


  - Installing EXPRESSBUILDER to Internal Flash Memory:
  
    [Using Windows]
     1. Log on to the Windows on the server as Administrator.
     2. Insert the burned EXPRESSBUILDER DVD into the DVD drive.
        Autorun Menu will appear.
     3. Click Maintenance, and click Update.

    [Using DVD]
     1. Insert the burned EXPRESSBUILDER DVD into the DVD drive
        and restart the server.
     2. From Boot Selection Menu, choose OS installation.
        Home Menu will appear.
     3. Click Utilities, click Internal Flash Memory, 
        and click Update.
     4. Remove the DVD and restart the server, and then log on to the Windows on
        the server as Administrator.
     5. Open the Command Prompt window and update the repository by using
        the following command.
 
      - On 32 bit Edition
        "C:\Program Files\EXPRESSBUILDER\ar_menu\eb_cli.exe" 'load /repository'

      - On 64 bit Edition
        "C:\Program Files (x86)\EXPRESSBUILDER\ar_menu\eb_cli.exe" 'load /repository'
