[Software Introduction]
Agentless Management Service (hereinafter called "this software") is 
a module required to get information of the host OS via the 
Integrated Lights-Out Firmware (hereinafter called iLO).

Carefully read the following End User License Agreement before using 
this software. If you do not agree to its terms, do not download this 
software. By downloading this software, you agree to be bound by its 
terms. Please store this document safely, as it will be needed when 
uninstalling this software.

[End User License Agreement for NEC Software] 
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter called "Agreement") is 
an agreement between you and NEC Corporation (hereinafter called 
"NEC"). Under the terms of this Agreement, NEC grants you the right
to use the software program (hereinafter called "Licensed Program"),
and you are to agree to the following terms. You are to take any 
responsibility for the selection of, installation of, use of, or 
results from the use of, the Licensed Program.

1. Terms and Termination
(1) This Agreement is effective from the date you receive the software
    product.
(2) You may terminate the right to use the Licensed Program granted
    under this Agreement at any time by giving NEC a written notice 
    no less than one month prior to the date you wish to do so.
(3) NEC may terminate your right to use the Licensed Program at any
    time, if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
(4) Your right to use the Licensed Program continues to exist until
    it is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this 
    Agreement.
(5) Immediately upon termination of your right to use the Licensed
    Program, all of your other rights under this Agreement will be
    terminated. You must destroy the Licensed Program, all copies
    thereof, and any related documents (Eg. manuals) provided with 
    the Licensed Program. 

2. Usage Right 
(1) You may use the Licensed Program only on NEC Express5800 series
    servers in which the following Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 
	is installed.
    - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.9
    - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.10

3. Copying, Modifying, or Merging the Licensed Program 
(1) You may make a single copy of the Licensed Program only for  
	backup purposes in case of data loss or corruption of the 
	Licensed Program. However, this does not apply where the 
	Licensed Program is installed in a fixed memory. In this case, 
	you may make a single copy of the Licensed Program only for 
	backup and storage purposes in case of loss or corruption of the 
	storage medium of the Licensed Program.
(2) You must display the Copyright and other proprietary rights
    notices that appear on and in the Licensed Program on all copies
    of the Licensed Program. 
(3) Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, you may not use, 
	copy, modify, or merge the Licensed Program, publish or 
	distribute any information or materials contained in the 
	Licensed Program through publications or through networks, or in 
	any manner other than as provided for in this Agreement.
(4) You may not copy the related documents (Eg. manuals) provided
    with the Licensed Program, publish them in publications or
    distribute them through networks under any circumstances. 
(5) This Agreement does not transfer the intangible property rights 
    associated with the Licensed Program to you. 

4. Transferring to a Third Party
(1) You may transfer all of your rights under this Agreement to a 
    third party, provided that all of the following conditions are 
    satisfied: 
	(a) You transfer this Agreement, the Licensed Program, all 		
		copies of the Licensed Program, and all related documents 
		(Eg. manuals) provided with the Licensed Program to the 
		third party, and retain none of them. 
	(b) The transferee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
(2) Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, you may not rent or 
    lease the usage right of the Licensed Program, transfer the 
	Licensed Program to a third party, transport the Licensed 
	Program, or perform any other activity other than as granted in 
	this Agreement.

5. Decompilation 
  You may not carry out reverse engineering, decompililation, or 
  disassembly of the Licensed Program.

6. Warranty
(1) NEC does not provide any guarantee for the Licensed Program. You
    are liable to pay for any costs arising from problems as a result
    of the use of the Licensed Program. 
(2) Irrespective of term (1), when NEC corrects Licensed Program 	
	errors (bugs), NEC may, at its discretion, provide an 
	error-corrected program, a program for correction (hereinafter 
	called a "modification program"), or information for correction 
	by an NEC-decided method. The modification program provided to 
	you is regarded as the Licensed Program. 

7. Limitation of liability 
  NEC assumes no liability for any lost profit, damages arising from 
  special circumstances (including damages which NEC can or could 
  foresee), or damages claimed to you by a third party.

8. Others 
  Disputes over this Agreement are to be settled at the Tokyo 
  District Court as the exclusively agreed competent court.

  Setup Procedure
====================

[Start Pack Installation]
	(1) Before installing this software, please make sure to check 
	the current iLO5 Firmware version.
		
		<Checking the iLO5 Firmware Version>
		- By Looking at the Server Health Summary
		Press the UID button on the server, and check the iLO5 
		Firmware version displayed on the monitor connected to the 
		server (See the iLO5 Users Guide for more information about 
		the Server Health Summary).
		- Checking Remotely
		Log in to the iLO Web Interface from a web browser on a 
		remote environment. Select "Firmware & OS Software", click 
		the "Firmware" tab, and check the iLO5 Firmware version.
	
	(2) If the iLO5 Firmware version is older than 1.47, please 
	update the firmware by using the Starter Pack below before 
	installing this software. 
	For the installation procedure, access the link below, scroll 
	down to the "Using Offline Mode" section, and open the document
	"Steps to update firmware by Starter Pack DVD". At Step(10) in 
	page 6, unselect all the firmware, then select only "Language 
	Pack" and "Online ROM Flash Component for Linux - iLO5", and 
	click "Deploy" (see page 7 for more information on how to 
	deselect and select components).

[Updating from an Older Version]
	(1) Using the command below, check whether this software is 
	already installed. If the command output includes a row starting 
	with "amsd" there is already a version of this software 
	installed, so please proceed to (2). If it returns no output, 
	please proceed to the [Installation Procedure] section below.
		# rpm -q amsd
	
	(2) Uninstall the installed software by following the steps in 
	the [Uninstallation Procedure] section below.

	(3) Install this software by following the steps in the 
	[Installation Procedure] section below.


[Installation Procedure]
	(1) Prepare the zip file (amsd-1.4.3-1193.10.rhel6.x86_64.zip).
	
	(2) Relocate the zip file to a directory of choice on the OS, 
	and unzip it.

	(3) Activate the terminal, move to the directory used in (2), 
	and install the software using the command below.
		# rpm -ivh amsd-1.4.3-1193.10.rhel6.x86_64.rpm
	
	(4) Check that the software installed correctly using the 
	command below.
		# rpm -q amsd
          amsd-1.4.3-1193.10.rhel6.x86_64

	(5) Reboot the server using the command below.
		# reboot


[Uninstallation Procedure]
	(1) Uninstall the software using the command below.
		Eg. For AMS1.4.3
        # rpm -e amsd-1.4.3-1193.10.rhel6.x86_64
	
	(2) Reboot the server using the command below.
		# reboot
