Unable to start EXPRESSBUILDER from Internal Flash Memory

If your Express5800 Server cannot run EXPRESSBUILDER from Internal Flash Memory,
please read the following note and recover EXPRESSBUILDER.
Symptom
When you press < F3 > key at POST in order to run EXPRESSBUILDER, the following error message
appears and EXPRESSBUILDER cannot start.
Bootable Media is not found.
or
An operating system wasn't found.
Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system.
Press any key to restart.
Recovery procedure

To run EXPRESSBUILDER, insert the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD into your server,
and then restart the server.
From Boot Selection Menu, choose .

Click in Home Menu.

If is displayed on the upper of Utilities
Menu,
click the right arrow button on the right side of the menu.

Click in Utilities Menu.
A dialog box will appear.

Choose , and then click .
The following dialog box will appear.
Set removable media or a CD/DVD to browse a folder.
Click to browse a folder.
Do not remove the media or disc while browsing a folder.

Click in the dialog box in step 5.
The dialog box will close and Folder Chooser will appear.

Double-click in the chooser.

Click in the lower right of the chooser.
The chooser will close and the screen of step 4 will appear again.

Confirm that the dialog box in step 4 is set to the the following parameters,
and then click .
(a) is selected.
(b) is set to the text box
under .
The following dialog box will appear.
Updating data on Internal Flash Memory will start.
Proceed?

Click in the dialog box in step 9.
The update will start. Wait for about 15 minutes.
After the update finishes, the following dialog box will appear.
Updating data in Internal Flash Memory is complete.

Click in the dialog box in step 10.
The recovery procedure is now complete.
To confirm that the recovery finished correctly, start EXPRESSBUILDER
from Internal Flash Memory by pressing < F3 > key at POST.
